Are all your products vegan and cruelty free?
- Yes all of our products are vegan and cruelty free and it will always be that way. As a proud vegan run business we are passionate about animal rights and the freedom of all species so would not supply any products that contain animal derived ingredients or have been tested on animals, not just 1st party but all the way down the supply chain. Are your products natural and contain no chemicals?
- Yes, the products we supply are natural and do not contain any of the harmful chemicals that are found in 'mainstream' products. We also actively look out for organic products as well. Please see our 'Ethos' page for more information.
What packaging do you use?
- All our packaging is plastic free, reused and recyclable. Our postal boxes are made from recycled materials and are 100% FSC. They are fully recyclable so can be recycled at home or can be composted on your compost. Our paper tape is 100% compostable and recyclable. Our paper bubble wrap is completely plastic free. The paper is made up from recycled and biodegradable materials and can be composted at home. Our newspaper is saved from my next door neighbour as they buy a newspaper every day. How are your products good for the planet?
- Thoughtful Ways products are good for the planet because they are completely plastic free and zero waste. They are either in glass, cardboard, metal, or compostable materials. They are also vegan and cruelty free. All products/brands supplied are ethical in all aspects of their business from product and packaging to ingredient suppliers and business ethics. All products and businesses are thoroughly checked to make sure they fit our beliefs. We only stock products we love and believe are doing great things for our planet, our animals and our people. Can I add more items to my order once placed?
- Yes you can within that same day of your order. Thoughtful Ways is always aiming to be efficient with packaging and dispatching your orders for quick arrival. This being said we cannot always guarantee that your item will have been shipped after 24 hrs. If you contact us via email thoughtfulwaysuk@gmail.com the same day then if the order has not been shipped we can arrange more products to be added and paid for.

How much is shipping?
- 1st class tracked is £4.99 and 2nd class tracked is £3.49. You can see more about this on our 'Delivery' page.
